I feel pretty good about the day overall. This was my second day of measuring out everything I ate and my first day of dedicated exercise. The cooking was really interesting as I had to think of ways to thicken pasta dishes without butter, cream, or olive oil. A little pasta water and tomato paste work just fine. Plus look, sometimes lighter food doesn’t suck!
I met my calorie goal for the day, don’t feel hungry at all, and actually looking forward to hittin’ cardio tomorrow at 5:30 AM… Hopefully this stick around for the duration!
