TT | Baba-Ganache?

Since every baker and their mother currently have a TV show on the airways, the term ganache is thrown around all willy, nilly to make you ooo and ahhh at the baker’s knowledge and prowess of their craft.

I used to ooo and ahh too… Until I found out it’s just frosting– But amazingly delicious frosting.
